Tuesday Feb. 18 Mayor Oscar Leeser signed a proclamation declaring Feb. 22 as Celebrating UTEP’s Centennial Day. The proclamation is coinciding with the El Paso Museum of History’s Fifth Wall of Giants Exhibit Opening which will feature UTEP’s Centennial Celebration.
