The 2013-14 UTEP women’s basketball team captured El Pasoans’ hearts with a march to 29 wins and the championship game of the Women’s National Invitation Tournament (WNIT).  On Saturday, fans are invited to join the Miners for a postseason celebration in front of the library on the UTEP campus.

Coach Keitha Adams and the team will be on hand from 10:30 a.m. – noon, signing autographs and taking pictures.  Fans can also be photographed alongside the WNIT runner-up trophy, and complimentary “We’re All Winners!” posters saluting the team, its achievements and the city’s support will be distributed.

It’s all a part of UTEP’s first-ever Open House, which runs Thursday through Saturday (April 10-12) as part of UTEP’s Centennial Celebration.  For more information visit
