The International Food Fair is a one-day annual event hosted by UTEP’s Office of International Programs consisting of student-run food booths, entertainment, information tables and music. The fair showcases the campus’ diverse international population as well as students’ talents and interests. Open to all student organizations, each participating group must present the cuisine and cultural information about a specific country or region. Student organizations sell ethnic foods and the event often also includes performances and workshops. Proceeds benefit the student organizations. Learn more in the UTEP Encyclopedia.
